Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday mornings and Sundays are $30.00 per person. Friday evenings and Saturdays are $35 per person.
All of our games are private and you will not be placed with in a room with strangers. You will be required to book the minimum number of participants for your desired room. You are welcome to bring additional players on game day and pay for them when you arrive for check in.
YES! You can purchase an Escape Room Gift Certificate by clicking GIFT CERTIFICATES at the top of this page, or stop in during our business hours for a physical card.
Much like theatre, concerts and other entertainment-style venues, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. If something were to come up, contact us 2 or more hours prior to your booking to reschedule. If you do not have a new date in mind, your funds will be saved to your Escape Room Wisconsin account for a future booking.
If your team shows up after your scheduled time, we will start your game with less than 60 minutes on the clock. This is so we can stay on schedule for our customers playing the game after you.
Our rooms are definitely challenging. How fun would it be if it were easy?! All of our rooms are designed differently and therefore have different difficulties/ escape rates. If you would like to know more about your rooms difficulty feel free to contact us for more information.
Guests will typically spend 90 minutes at Escape Room Wisconsin. Your team should check-in 15 minutes prior to game play. Your game will begin promptly at the scheduled time and you will have up to 60 minutes to solve your room. After your game, we will take a team photo.
Cell phones are used for our check in process, so we do encourage you to bring them inside. Cell phone are not required to solve any puzzles inside of the room. We allow participants to take picture of the room as long as puzzles and clues are not in view.
Our rooms are about the size of a typical bedroom and you are free to leave the room at any time. Most of our rooms are objective based, which means the entry door is never actually locked. In order to win, everyone must come together for a common goal!
While the majority of our rooms do not incorporate strobe lighting effects, some of our rooms do have flashing lights. Please check the information of each room before booking.
None of our rooms are inherently scary but some rooms have themes and props that may be unsettling for younger participants. Refer to the room information on each location’s page for information on scare factor.
All of our puzzles are challenging and best enjoyed by players age 10 and up. We have had younger participants play our rooms and really enjoy the experience as well. We leave it up to the parent’s digression. Children under 16 years of age will require an adult in the room with them. The adult must have a pre-purchased booking and will be counted as a player.
Infants are allowed to be in the room. However, every participant at Escape Room Wisconsin is a paid participant. Our rooms have outlets, low wires, small parts, and electronics with moving parts. In order to be covered by our insurance, every participant in the room must be paid for.
We specialize in team building, corporate events, office parties, bachelor/ette parties, birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, family outings, and any event worth bringing together friends and family

Although our scheduled hours are Wednesdays through Sundays, we will do our best to accommodate you during our non-listed times. You are welcome to email or call us to check the availability for a time outside of our business hours. We require a booking minimum of 4 players for games scheduled outside of our business hours. Discounts do not apply.
