All of our games are private and you will not be placed with in a room with strangers. You will be required to reserve the minimum number of participants for your desired experience. You are welcome to bring additional players on game day and pay for them when you arrive for check in.
YES! You can purchase electronic Escape Room Wisconsin Gift Certificates on each locations booking page, or stop in during our business hours for a physical card. Gift Certificates and Participant Passes are location specific.
Refunds are available within 48 hours of the original booking. Please note that refunds do not include credit card processing fees. After 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable; however, we will issue a non-expiring customer credit that can be applied to your account for future use.
If your team shows up after your scheduled time, we will start your game with less than 60 minutes on the clock. This is so we can stay on schedule for our guests playing the game after you.
Our rooms are definitely challenging. How fun would it be if it were easy?! All of our rooms are designed differently and therefore have different difficulties and escape rates. If you would like to know more about your rooms difficulty feel free to contact us for more information.
Guests will typically spend 90 minutes at Escape Room Wisconsin. Your team should check-in 15 minutes prior to game play. Your game will begin promptly at the scheduled time and you will have up to 60 minutes to solve your room. After your game, we will take a team photo.
Cell phones are used for our check in process, so we do encourage you to bring them inside. Cell phone are not required to solve any puzzles inside of the room. We allow participants to take pictures of the rooms as long as puzzles and clues are not in view. Video recording is not allowed.
Our rooms are about the size of a typical bedroom and you are free to leave the room at any time. Most of our rooms are objective based, which means the entry door is never actually locked. In order to win, everyone must come together for a common goal!
While the majority of our rooms do not incorporate strobe lighting effects, some of our rooms do have flashing lights. If you have a sensitivity to flashing lights, please contact us before booking.
None of our experiences are inherently scary but some rooms have themes and props that may be unsettling for younger participants.
All of our puzzles are challenging and best enjoyed by players age 10 and up. We have had younger participants play our rooms and really enjoy the experience as well. We leave it up to the parent’s discretion. Children under 16 years of age will require an adult in the room with them. The adult must have a pre-purchased ticket and will be counted as a player.
Infants are allowed to be in the room. However, every participant at Escape Room Wisconsin is a paid participant. Our rooms have outlets, low wires, small parts, and electronics with moving parts. In order to be covered by our insurance, every participant in the room must be paid for.

Of course! A lot of our lights, sound, and other effects can be altered for the perfect experience based on your needs. We also have sensory inclusive packs at every Escape Room Wisconsin location to help those individuals that are sensory sensitive. These packs include a variety of tools, toys and a pair of headphones. If you have any questions regarding a sensory inclusive experience do not hesitate to contact us!
Although our scheduled hours are Wednesdays through Sundays, we will do our best to accommodate you during our non-listed times. You are welcome to email or call us to check the availability for a time outside of our business hours. We require a down-payment minimum of 4 players for games scheduled outside of our business hours. Discounts do not apply.
