

Artist Information & Guidelines for Local Art Vending Machine
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Tiny Art Vending Machine at Escape Room Wisconsin and Lumberjack Johnny’s. This is an art-first, community-focused project designed to make original art accessible, surprising, and fun while giving artists a low-pressure way to share and sell their work.

What This Is
A super fun vending machine stocked with original, small-format artwork created by local artists. Guests purchase art for a flat price and receive a surprise piece. It’s like a tiny gallery visit in a bar. This is not mass-produced merchandise. This is real art, just smaller.

Pricing & Payment

$5 - $10 per vend

60% artist / 40% program split

Artists are paid monthly

Artist Participation

Artists are featured in rotating monthly drops

Typical contribution: 10–25 pieces

Unsold work can be:

Returned to the artist

Rolled into a future month

Donated to a local organization (artist choice)

If it’s creative, original, and fits the machine… we’re interested!
Size & Packaging Requirements
To keep the machine running smoothly, all pieces must:

Fit within the machine’s size limits (exact dimensions will be provided)

Be securely packaged (box, sleeve, capsule, or rigid envelope)

Have no sharp edges, liquids, loose glitter, sand, or fragile components

Be uniform in size within your submission batch
Each piece should include:

Artist name

Social handle or website

Optional title or short note

Curation & Selection

Artists are curated to create a cohesive, rotating experience

We aim to feature a mix of styles, mediums, and voices

Not all submissions may be selected every month but we’ll keep you in mind for future rotations

Promotion

Artists will be tagged or credited in social media posts when possible
